These Terms and Conditions govern your use of espressoroots.com (the “Website”) and purchases made on it. The Website is owned and operated by Brewed Earth Pvt. Ltd. (“Espresso Roots”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you create an account, keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can also check out as a guest.
3. Products and information
We try to describe products accurately, including ingredients, net quantity, storage instructions and country of origin. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Please read the label before use, particularly if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). The MRP and the selling price are shown on each product.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified by our system.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, a delivery address cannot be serviced, or we suspect fraud. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. Coupons and offers
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order value, validity, usage limits) and cannot be exchanged for cash. One coupon per order unless stated otherwise.
7. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds
These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Espresso Roots name, logo, packaging designs, photographs and website content belong to Brewed Earth Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Website: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, and no automated scraping or resale of products bought for personal use without our consent.
10. Reviews
Only verified buyers can review a product. Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated, but we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
